המחבר, החותם בסוף החיבור "אשטרוג משה דאמילייאב", מתקיף פוסק מ"קרפנטרץ" (ל ע"א) שהתיר את אכילת הדג הנ"ל. הוא מזכיר פוסקים בני פרובינצה, בין השאר: "שכתב הרב ר' אברהם [בן יצחק] מההר במס' פסח ראשון פרק מקום שנהגו, וזה לשונו ... ע"כ לשון הרב ר' אברהם מההר (כט ע"ב). פירושו של ר' אברהם מההר על מס' פסחים לא שרד בשלמותו. בדף לא ע"ב: מצאתי כתוב בפתיחת ספר המנהגות שעשה הרב ר' אשר [בן שאול מלוניל] שאסר האשטורייו וזה לשונו". בדף לא ע"א: הסופר הוסיף קטע בענין "נוקטין עליו חומרי מקום שבא משם וחומרי מקום שהלך לשם", ולא סיים את ההעתקה. החיבור מתחיל בדף כה ע"א. בדף כד ע"א כותרת: "אשטוריו דג טמא" וחרוזים באותו ענין: "הברכה אחת היא לנו אבי יבחן מי נבון חכם", ואחריהם בכתיבה שונה, חרוזים בפרובנצלית באותיות עבריות, עם ניקוד. בדף כד ע"ב חרוזים נוספים: "קנאת סופרים תרבה ראיות" "אחר מנהג בדין נוהג" ובכתיבה שונה: "אשום אשאף אפעה כיולדה, אל אזכרה נפשי עלי אשפכה" (וראה גם בדף קמב ע"ב בכ"י זה). נושא נוסף: הלכה דינים ומנהגים The National Library of Israel Jerusalem Israel Ms. Heb. 2033=28 Jewish Community of Trieste Trieste Italy |
