בראשו: "ספר רגלי מבשר". חיבור מאת "הצעיר יהודא ב' שלמה חי אלקלעי" בכתיבת ידו. חיבור זה לא נכלל בספר "כתבי הרב יהודה אלקלעי" בעריכת יצחק רפאל (ירושלים תש"ד) המחבר נתן כותרים לכל פרק מיוסד על הפסוק בספר ישעיהו נב:ז: "מה נאוו על ההרים רגלי מבשר, משמיע שלום, מבשר טוב, משמיע ישועה משמיע שלום, מבשר טוב" נדפסו מאמרים אחרים מאת המחבר הנושאים אותם כותרות, אך אין זיקה ישירה בין אחד לשני. בראש כתב-היד הקדמה מאת המחבר לפרק "רגלי מבשר" ובסופה: "ע"ת לחננ"ה [=תר"ח או תרי"ג] כי בא מועד, נאום הצעיר יהודא ב' שלמה חי אלקלעי" (2א-3א). כולל גם פרקים "משמיע שלום" (עמוד 1-12), "מבשר טוב" (12-71) ו"משמיע ישועה" (71-114). החיבור מחולק גם לסעיפים. חסר מסוף סעיף קכא.
