תשובה בעניין המחלוקת בין "בית ששון" ואחרים. בראשי העמודים "סי' יב". חסרה ההתחלה. בעמוד הראשון של התשובה: "ואנכי בעוניי בספרי בית דינו של שלמה סי' ל"ד הבאתי". התשובה במלואה נדפסה בספרו של ר' אליהו שמאע, קרבן אשה, ליוורנו תקפ"א, חושן משפט סימן לז, דף ע ע"א. בדף הראשון סימן יג, והיא תחילת תגובתו של ר' מרדכי רוביו על תשובת ר' שלמה לניאדו. הדף הזה מסופרר באות ז, והוא צריך להיות בסוף כתב היד. תשובת רוביו נדפסה בספרו שו"ת שמן המר, ליוורנו תקנ"ג, חלק חושן משפט, סימן יד, דף קב ע"א. פתיחת התשובה בכתב היד ארוכה מבדפוס. הדפים האלו נשרו מכתב היד השלם שנמצא היום בספריית האדמו"ר מקרלין Ms. 12. כתב-יד קרלין מתחיל מדף יא, וחסרים אם כן שלושת הדפים שביניהם. נושא נוסף: הלכה. שאלות ותשובות Columbia University Library New York, NY USA Ms. X 893 Z 8 vol. 3 no. 5 |
