העתקה מדפוס ווארשא תקנ"ח. נכתב אחרי שנת תר"ח, שהוא תאריך ההדפסה המאוחר ביותר של הספרים המצוטטים בחיבור המועתק בדפים 41-61 בכ"י זה.
בסופו, העתק אגרת ששלח ר' שלמה זלמן ליפשיץ מפוזנן לר' דוד ממקוב: "העתקה מגוף הכתב ... יום ב' כ"ח תמוז תקע"ג לפ"ק". אגרת זו נדפסה ממקור אחר, ובשינויים, ע"י וילנסקי, חסידים ומתנגדים עמ' 234-232. בסוף האגרת דברים שלא נמצאו בנוסח שפורסם.
