  • המבדיל בין קודש לחול הוא שמו של פיוט, המושר לאחר הבדלה במוצאי שבת בקרב קהילות רבות בעם ישראל. בנוסף, קיים פיוט המשך למוצאי יום הכיפורים. כותב הפיוט אינו ידוע, בראשי תיבות (אקרוסטיכון) של הבתים מופיע השם יצחק הקטן, וכנראה שמקורו קדום ביותר. פרופסור יונה דוד מצא שיר דומה לזה כסליחה לרבי יצחק אבן גיאת בקובץ שיריו, אך ייחוס זה גם לא אושר. במחזור ויטרי כבר מופיע פיוט זה, והוא אף מוזכר כבר בספרי הראשונים, ה"מרדכי" כתב "ושמעתי אומרים שאותו פיוט "המבדיל בין קדש לחול" נתקן כדי לאומרו בביהכנ"ס במוצאי יוה"כ שחל בשבת". חלקו השני של הפיוט המתחיל במילים "א-ל פודה" נכתב ככל הנראה על ידי מחבר אחר, ואת החלק האחרון שמוסיפים במוצאי יום כיפור רבים מייחסים לאר"י הקדוש.
