The rectangular paper is decorated with three seven-branched menorahs containing the inscription of Ps. 67:1-8, starting at the top bar. The stem of the central menorah is flanked by depictions of Temple implements: A three-stepped stone, an oil flask, snuffers and a goblet. The plaque is filled with inscriptions of biblical text and benedictions. A dedicatory inscription is written in brown letters at the bottom part of the plaque. It reads: קדש לה' מאת האשה הכבודה והצנועה סלטנה בת עזרה אשת רחמים זכריה לביה"כ הבושרים "Dedicated to the Lord from the woman, the honoured and modest Saltanah daughter of Ezra, wife of Rahamim Zechariah to the synagogue of the Busharim"
