The picture is divided into two halves. In the center of the right half, the portrait of the artist is drawn in red and green crayons: The hair, the eyes, and the nose are drawn in green while the mouth, the beard, and the moustache are drawn in red. The portrait is drawn on a white background so that it is surrounded by black space. On the white background are drawn circles and two black lines behind the portrait. On the left half of the picture the Hebrew alphabet is written in seven lines in black block letters on a white background: אבגד הוז חטיכך למם נןסעפף צץ קרשת
