Scope and content אלבום בכריכת חצי בד, בגודל 24X30 ס"מ, ובו 30 דפי נייר עבה. משני צדיהם של שמונת הדפים הראשונים באלבום, הודבקו 116 הדפסי מגע קטנים של תצלומים בגודל 5X7 ס"מ וכן הגדלות מתשלילים באותו פורמט, בגודל 6.5X10.5 ס"מ. על כריכתו הקדמית של האלבום הוטבעה האות "B", וייתכן שהיא מרמזת לשמו של הצלם - יוצר האלבום האלמוני. מרבית הדפים באלבום זה ריקים. התצלומים באלבום נוצרו, קרוב לוודאי, בידי חייל בגדוד הפרשים ה-74 של כוחות הצבא הבריטי (The 74th Yeomanry Division) שהיה שותף לכיבוש ירושלים בדצמבר 1917, והתקדם לאחר מכן לאלכסנדריה, ומשם הועבר לצרפת. מרבית התצלומים באלבום הם מסביבות ירושלים, ואחרים הם מאיזור אל עריש וכן אלכסנדריה. ששת התצלומים האחרונים באלבום צולמו, ככל הנראה, בעיר פריס, בעת הפגנה של תורכים. תחת מרבית התצלומים הודבקו פתקים שבהם נכתב באנגלית, בכתב יד, תיאור התצלום, כנראה בידי החייל-הצלם.
