A vital aspect of the project is the documentation of the impact that the events and the war have had on Jewish communities around the world. In cooperation with Jewish institutions and organizations across North America, Latin America, and Europe, efforts have been made to document expressions of solidarity and support within these communities in the immediate aftermath of the October 7 attacks. At the same time, the project records incidents of antisemitism, public expressions of hostility toward Israel, and the wide spectrum of responses to those events - across political and social lines.
Information has also been collected from U.S. college campuses to document experiences, actions, and responses of Jewish and non-Jewish students, faculty members, and various organizations.
