החטיבה כוללת: מסמכים, מכתבים, חוזים והסכמים, מאמרים ופרסומים אודות רות צרפתי, ואלבומי עיתונות וקלסרים המתעדים את פעילותה המקצועית של רות בין השנים 1934-2013. החטיבה כוללת סדרה של מחברות רישום של רות צרפתי ובהם רישומים וסקיצות של פסלים ועיצובים שיצרה לאורך השנים, וכן כתבים אישיים, סדרה של טקסטים שונים שכתבה ובהם טקסטים לספרים שחיברה וטקסטים לתערוכות. בחטיבה גם סדרה ובה פרסים ותעודות שקיבלה רות צרפתי על פעילותה לאורך השנים, ובהם פרס יצחק בן צבי, פרס ע"ש נחום גוטמן ועוד
