החטיבה כוללת: ציורים ורישומים של רות צרפתי מהשנים 1934-2010. הציורים כוללים עבודות מתקופת לימודיה ב'סטודיה'- ביה"ס לציור ופיסול של הצייר אהרון אבני, בו למדה רות בין השנים 1945-1947 ושם הכירה את בעלה, האמן משה שטרנשוס. חומרים נוספים בחטיבה זו כוללים עבודות ליטוגרפיה, רישומים של חברים ובני משפחה, עבודות משנות לימודיה בבית הספר 'תיכון חדש' בתל אביב, וציורי נופים שציירה רות צרפתי חודשים ספורים לפני פטירתה
