ארכיון הכולל תעודות מן המאה התשע עשרה של בני משפחת גוטקין מהעיר פולוצק (Полоцк) מחוז ויטבסק, רוסיה הלבנה. מרבית התעודות מתייחסות אל בני הזוג פנחס וציפא גוטקין ובניהם, יעקב (יענקל) גוטקין, אברהם יצחק גוטקין וכלתם, חנה גוטקין. התעודות בארכיון משפחתי זה כוללות אישורים רשמיים של שלטונות העיר פולוצק, תעודות הנוגעות לרכוש של בני המשפחה, ובכלל זה שטרות שכירות ותכניות בניין, דרכון, וכן שטר צוואה בלשון העברית.
