The collection includes abandoned documents from the estate of Fakhri Bei Nashashibi (1899-1841) from the heads of the Arab community in Jerusalem, who was murdered in Baghdad in 1941. Those documents regard his connections with the British Union of Fascists and other personnel, mostly from Britain, and his violent struggle against the Jews of Palestine. Other documents, found by Elieser Feuchtwanger in one of the Hagenah positions in Abu Tor neighborhood in Jerusalem, regard the activities of Deir Abu Tur monastery and other organizations around Jerusalem. This file includes mostly examples for different personal and official documents. This collection also has a small group of documents made during Elieser Feuchtwanger's activity in Hagenah in Talpiot and Mekor Chaim neighborhoods during the 1936–1939 Arab revolt and the Israeli war of independence.

Biographical summary אליעזר פויכטונגר נולד בעיר פרנקפורט ע"נ מיין, גרמניה, ב-4 בפברואר 1908. עלה לארץ ישראל בשנת 1929. היה מראשוני אדריכלי הנוף והגנים בארץ. עסק בתכנון גנים שונים, וכן בהוראה, במסגרת בית הספר לגננות ושתלנות בפתח תקווה, שהוא היה ממייסדיו. עם קום המדינה היה מנהל המחלקה לתכנון גנים ונוף במשרד החקלאות. פויכטונגר היה חבר פעיל בארגון ה"הגנה" מסוף שנות השלושים ושירת בירושלים בימי מלחמת העצמאות. אליעזר פויכטונגר נפטר בירושלים, ב-11 באפריל 1972.
