אוסף של דוגמאות טפסים ודברי דפוס שונים הנוגעים לוועדות העזרה של ארגון ג'וינט וארגוני סיוע יהודים-אמריקניים אחרים, אשר פעלו ברפובליקה של אוקראינה ובאיזור פולין - ליטא לאחר מלחמת העולם הראשונה, בהגשת עזרה לקהילות היהודים שם. ככל הנראה, תעודות אלו נאספו על ידי מר ורטהיימר, נציג הג'וינט בעיר רובנה (Rowno), אז תחת שלטון אוקראינה. חלק מן התעודות באוסף זה נוצרו על ידי המינסטריון לענייני יהודים באוקראינה (מיניסטעריום פאר אידישע ענינים אין אוקראינא) ואחרות על ידי המינסטריון לענייני יהודים, קובנה.
