Biographical summary מועצת יש"ע (מועצת הישובים היהודיים ביהודה, שומרון וחבל עזה) היא עמותה ציבורית המאגדת את כל הרשויות ביהודה, שומרון ובקעת הירדן ודואגת לאינטרסים המשותפים שלהם. הוקמה ב-1980 עם חידוש ההתיישבות היהודית ביש"ע לאחר מלחמת ששת הימים, בהמשך לתנועת גוש אמונים. מייסד המועצה ויושב הראש הראשון שלה היה ישראל הראל.
