Collection of documents on 1929 pogroms.

The collection includes posters, pamphlets, newspapers, photographs and archival documents regarding the bloody events which happened in mandatory Palestine in August 1929, mostly in the cities Hebron, Jaffa and Jerusalem. Other documents of the collection regard the discussions in the committee that was established by the mandatory government of Palestine as a result of the events (the Shaw Commission).

האוסף כולל כרוזים, עלונים, עיתונים, תצלומים ותעודות ארכיוניות הנוגעות אל מאורעות הדמים שהתרחשו בארץ ישראל בחודש אוגוסט 1929, בעיקר בערים חברון, יפו, ירושלים. תיעוד נוסף באוסף זה, עוסק בדיוני ועדת החקירה שהוקמה על ידי ממשלת ארץ ישראל בעקבות המאורעות ("ועדת שאו").
