Scope and content הסדרה כוללת כרזות וכרוזים מתקופת המנדט הבריטי בארץ-ישראל. התיקים כוללים פרסומים של השלטון הבריטי בארץ ישראל בנוגע לנושאים שונים, החל מהסברה בנוגע לחיי היום-יום בארץ, ועד לפקודות בנושאים שונים, כולל אלה הנוגעים למאבק בין המגזרים היהודים והערביים בארץ, התייחסות למאורעות תרפ"ט ונושאים נוספים. בתיק גם: פרסומים מקרב היישוב היהודי בארץ, כולל תגובות למאורעות תרפ"ט, תגובות בנוגע לגזירות הספר הלבן השני ולעצירת העלייה לארץ, פעילות היישוב היהודי בתקופת המצור על ירושלים, כולל תגובות העדה החרדים לנושאים אלה ופעילות ארגוני ההגנה ומשמר העם בתקופה זאת.
