Scope and content תצלום שבו נראה זאב ז'בוטינסקי (אוחז במגבעתו) עולה במדרגות אל היכל בית הכנסת הגדול של וינה, ומשמר כבוד של בית"ר מקבל את פניו. ככל הנראה, ז'בוטינסקי צולם בשבת, 7 בספטמבר 1935, שעות אחדות לפני פתיחת קונגרס הייסוד של ההתסדרות הציונית החדשה (הצ"ח). בפינתו הימנית התחתונה של התצלום הוטבעה חותמת מוזיאון בית"ר - מכון ז'בוטינסקי, וכן נוספה הערה בכתב ידו של ד"ר שבדרון, לפיה תצלום זה נתרם לספרייה הלאומית בפברואר 1945 על ידי אותו מוסד.
