Biographical summary Süssmann Muntner (Kolomea/Galicia 1897 - Jerusalem 1973) was a physician, who was active in Jewish sports movements in Germany and Israel. He immigrated to Palestine in 1934, worked on topics of the history of medicine and published many articles and books in this field. One main focus was the medical writing of Maimonides. From 1958 he was a visiting professor at the Hebrew University.
Ownership history The materials were found in books that were deposited in the National Library, which apparently belonged to Muntner.
