היסטוריה ארכיונית: האדריכלית ומעצבת הפנים דורה גד אספה ושמרה את חומרי הארכיון שלה בין השנים 1930–2003. בשנת 2009 הועברו חומרי הארכיון לבעלות המכללה למינהל. בתקופה שהארכיון נשמר במכללה סודרו החומרים לפי מיזמים במגירות שרטוט אך לא הופקו לו עזרי איתור או קטלוג. בשנת 2018 הארכיון סודר, נרשם והומר למדיה דיגיטלית במסגרת מיזם "האוסף הלאומי הדיגיטלי בתחום האדריכלות" בניהול הספרייה הלאומית. במסגרת הטיפול בארכיון סודרו חומרי הארכיון בשמונה חטיבות לפי סוגי החומרים: (1) שרטוטים אדריכליים. (2) תצלומים. (3) חולפות וכרזות. (4) התכתבויות ומסמכים הנוגעים למיזמים שונים. (5) מסמכים אישיים. (6) שקופיות. (7) קטעי עיתונות. (8) חפצים אישיים ומודלים. הארכיון נרשם באופן מלא ונסרק, למעט פריטים שלא נסרקו בשל צנעת הפרט או כיוון שהמיזם מיוצג בחומרים אחרים בארכיון. עבודת הרישום הניבה רשימת מיזמים מפורטת ורשימה של מוסדות ואישים שעבדו עם דורה גד. לאחר הטיפול בספרייה הלאומית הופקדו חומרי הארכיון הפיזיים בארכיון אדריכלות ישראל (אא"י).

Archive history: Architect and interior designer Dora Gad collected and preserved her archival materials between 1930-2003. In 2009, the archive was transferred to the College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS). While at COMAS, the archival materials were arranged according to project, in flat file drawers, but no finding aids or catalogs were produced. In 2018, the archive was sorted, cataloged, and converted to digital media as part of the project "The National Digital Collection of Architecture Archives" managed by the National Library of Israel. Archival processing divided the materials into eight fonds according to type of material: (1) Architectural drawings. (2) Photographs. (3) Ephemera and posters. (4) Correspondence and documents relating to various projects. (5) Personal documents. (6) Slides. (7) Press clippings. (8) Personal effects and scale models. The archive was cataloged and scanned comprehensively, excluding items that were not scanned due to privacy reasons, or because a project was represented by other materials within the archive. Cataloging produced a detailed list of projects, and a list of institutions and individuals who worked with Dora Gad. Following processing by the National Library, the physical archive was deposited with the Israel Architecture Archive (IAA).
