Yehoshua Stampfer (1852-1908), one of the founders of Petah Tikva, made with Dov Yemini the Cooperative Society of Winegrowers "Cormei Hatikvah" which produced and marketed wine in Palestine and abroad. The archive includes Kosher qualifications and requests of English Jews for supplies of wines by the society of winegrowers from Petah Tikva.

Biographical summary יהושע שטמפפר (1852 - 1908) שהיה ממייסדי העיר פתח תקווה, הקים עם דב ימיני את אגודת כורמי התקוה שיצרה ושיווקה יין בארץ ובחוץ לארץ. הקואופרטיב של האכרים בפתח תקוה שקרא לעצמו אגודת כורמי התקוה קיבל מעמד חוקי רק ב 1903, למרות שחבריו האכרים עבדו בשיתוף באופן לא רשמי כ 15 שנה קודם ויצרו יינות ליצוא לבריטניה תחת רשיון בית דין לונדון. ההכשרים והבקשות נרשמו על נייר רשמי של הקואופרטיב. כשרות המוצרים חודשה שנתית על ידי משרד הרבנות של פתח תקוה וכן על ידי אברהם יצחק הכהן קוק הרב הראשי של ארץ ישראל, והרב חיים יוסף זוננפלד רב הקהילה האשכנזית בירושלים.
