הארכיון כולל: תעודה מהישיבה יוניברסיטי, התכתבות, תדפיסים, צילומי חמרים העוסקים בדפוסי הערש העבריים. מכל אחד בארכיון כולל 52 תיקים ובהם תצלומים (Beta radiographs) של סימני מים בדפוסי ערש (אינקונבולות) עבריים, חומר אשר שימש את תשבי במחקרו שהתפרסם בכתב העת "קרית ספר" בשנים תשמ"ג - תשנ"ג.
