Abraham Yaari (1899-1966), a bibliographer and a researcher of the history the Hebrew print, an historian focused on the history of the land of Israel and Eastern Jewish communities. The collection includes card catalogs and notes about the history of the Yishuv in the land of Israel, the history of Hebrew print, work files with sketches, manuscripts and handwritten copies of documents regarding his research, his books and his articles, newspapers regarding his publications and letters from colleagues.

Biographical summary אברהם יערי נולד בגליציה בשנת 1899. עלה לארץ ישראל בשנת 1920. היה מראשוני העובדים בבית הספרים הלאומי והאוניברסיטאי, ביבליוגרף וחוקר תולדות הספר העברי. הסטוריון שעסק בתולדות תולדות ארץ ישראל ובתולדות יהודי המזרח. פרסם ספרים ומאמרים רבים. אברהם יערי נפטר בירושלים בשנת 1966.
