באוסף פרסומים של רשויות מקומיות בארץ ישראל ובמדינת ישראל, המתעדים את המטרות, את הפעילות ואת התוכניות של הרשויות (עיריות, מועצות אזוריות, מועצות מקומיות, ועדי ישובים), מראשית המאה העשרים ועד היום. כולל גם פרסומים של מועצות דתיות ומתנ"סים. הפריטים הם בפורמטים שונים, בעיקר עלונים, חוזרים, תוכניות וחוברות. כרזות, מפות וכתבי עת מטעם הרשויות יש לחפש באוספים אחרים: כרזות באוסף הכרזות והכרוזים של המחלקה (בסגנטורה V 2128); מפות באוסף לאור בספריה; כתבי עת בקטלוג הספריה.
