Biographical summary יהודה ליב צירלסון (1860-1941) נולד בקוזלץ שבאוקריינה. מ-1878 רב של פרילוקי, מ-1908 רב של קישינב. תרם מאמרים רבים לעיתונים. בתחילת דרכו היה ציוני. חבר מייסד של אגודת ישראל. מנהיג ומייצג יהדות רוסיה ורומניה. מ-1922 נציג, מ-1925 סנטור בדייט הרומני. נשיא הקהילה וראש העיר קישינב. נרצח ע"י גרמנים.
Ownership history הארכיון הופקד לצמיתות בספרייה הלאומית בשנת 1930 על ידי האגודה למען הספריה בקישינוב, ונרשם בפנקס הנכנסות של הספרייה בשנת 1937.
Language Note החומר בארכיון הוא לרוב בעברית, רוסית או רומנית.
