Notes הדף מתחיל ב-15 שורות שאינם מהחיבור שבדפוס. כנראה הקדמה של בעל ההגהות והבאור. לשון מליצי. עוד 3 שורות בכתיבה אחרת. ממשיך מתחילת החיבור, כולל שלשת השאלות הראשונות. שלום, מפתח לפירושים על עשר ספירות, קרית ספר י' עמ' 500 מס' 9. נדפס ברלין תר"י בשם "דרך אמונה",
משולב עם מאמרים קצרים המתחילים "פי'", כ"י מלאנו 53 לפני שנת 1285
וכן ברוב כתב היד של החיבור, כחיבור נפרד, לפני או אחרי שער השואל, כגון פרמה 2784 משנת 1286. ראה ע' פורת, מחברות ר' עזריאל תש"פ. בסוף הפירוש שבכ"י פרמה שם (דף 11ב) חותם המחבר.
בנוסף לפירושים שהם בפנים ובחלונות, עוד הגהות נוסח בגליונות ביד אחר "ס"א". באותה יד שכתב 4 שורות בין ההקדמה לתחילת החיבור.
