رسالة في تأريخ مشهد راس الحسين بالقاهرة تأليف عبد الفتاح بن أبي بكر بن أحمد الشافعي الخلوتي الرسام، فرغ من تأليفها في 15 ذو الحجة 1004 هجري / 1596. أول النسخة : "حمدا لمن جعل اهل بيت نبيه الكرام خلاصة الانام ... وبعد فان السبب الداعى الي تسطير هذه الرسالة هو ان .. مولانا السلطان محمد ابن السلطان مراد ابن عثمان (1003 هجري -1012/1594هجري -1603) .. لما رفع اليه ان اهل مصر في ضرر عظيم .. فعين لهم .. الپاشاة محمد (سيد امير والي مصر 1004 هجري-1006/1595 هجري-1597 أنظر ريا، محمد. سجل عثمانى ياخود تذكرهء مشاهير عثمانيه. 4 مجلدات. إستانبول، 1308–1311. 139:4) .. فزار القرافتين .. وكان من جملة زيارته .. اذ زار المشهد الشريف مشهد جده سيدنا الحسين .. الا انه سال عن سبب مجىء الرأس الشريف الى هذا المكان .. فما اجاز احد فى ذلك بقول ولا اجاب فلما بلغ ذلك استاذنا الاعظم .. رافع منار السادة الخلوتية .. بارض مصر شمس الدنيا والدين سبط مولانا الاستاذ الكبير ابي التقا كريم الدين .. طلب الفقير اليه وامره ان يجمع ما اطلع عليه .. فرتبت هذه الرسالة على ابواب وفصول ... وسميتها \كذا\ الخ"؛ وآخرها: "واعوذ بك من الذنوب التي بها تحبس غيث السما وهو دعا مجرب عند الكرب ...". Nūr al-ʿayn fī dhikr mashhad al-Ḥusayn Treatise on the history of the mausoleum of Ḥusayn’s head by ʿAbd al-Fattāḥ b. Abū Bakr alKhalwatī al-Rassām (fl. 1004/1596).
