أول النسخة:"بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم باسمه يبدأ كل كتاب ويختم الخ". - صفحة 366أ-ب: كلام المؤلف عند اختتام الكتاب، واسمه هنا "[ابو الفتـ]ـح بن ابي بكر بن عبد الجليل المرغيناني منشئا والسمرقندي منصبا" يذكر فيه تأريخ التأليف. ملحق صفحة 367ب-369أ: الدر المنظم في السر (الاسم) الاعظم - اوله فقط # بخط مغاير من القرن الحادي عشر الهجري/ السابع عشر # . Fuṣūl al-iḥkām li-uṣūl al-aḥkām On Ḥanafī substantive law, by Zayn al-Dīn Abū al-Fatḥ ʿAbd al-Raḥīm b. Abū Bakr al-Marghīnānī (d. c. 670/1272). MS of the late ninth/fifteenth century, with missing parts replaced during the tenth/sixteenth century then again at the beginning of the thirteenth/late eighteenth-early nineteenth century. 9+369 leaves Western paper, 217×293 mm 27 lines quinion quires. Ff. 367b–369a: Al-durr al-munaẓẓam fī al-sirr al-aʿẓam see Ms. Yah. Ar. 482. في فروع الحنفية تأليف زين الدين أبي الفتح عبد الرحيم بن ابي بكر عماد الدين بن علي برهان الدين بن ابي بكر بن عبد الجليل المرغيناني السمرقندي، فرغ منها في اواخر شعبان 651 هجري/1253 بسمرقند وتوفي سنة 670 هجري/1272 تقريباً،قد سمي فصول [ال]عمادي أيضًا. نسخة من اواخر القرن التاسع الهجري/ الخامس عشر، ألحق بعض نقصها في القرن العاشر الهجري/ السادس عشر على يد يحيى بن سلامة بن يحيى، ثم على يد بعضهم في اوائل القرن الثالث عشر الهجري/ أواخر القرن الثامن عشر - أوائل القرن التاسع عشر؛ [9]369 ورقة غربية (882/Briquet, C.M.
