أوّل النسخة: "الحمد لله الذي خلق كل شي يقدر الخ".
توجد في الهوامش الأولى تعليقات وفي بعضها كلمات فارسيّة.
المتن لشمس الدين محمّد بن أشرف الحسيني السمرقنديّ الذي كان حيًّا سنة 675 هجري/ 1276 (انظر: Verzeichnis der orientalischen Handschiften in Deutschland. Wiesbaden, 1962–2006. XIII (Türkische Handschriften, 1968–1981. 4 vols.)
