لأبي بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي المتوفى سنة 313 هجري/ 925 أو 320 هجري/ 932. نسخة من القرن السابع الهجري/الثالث عشر. من الباب في البواسير والشقاق والجروح في المقعدة الخ، الى الباب في القروح التي تتعفن الخ؛ صفحة 191أ وبخط مغاير: "هذا اول الجزء الثا[لث] عشر من تجزئة المصنف"؛ أوله: "باب في خراجات العضل والعصب والوتر والربط الخ". Al-ḥāwī fī al-ṭibb—part 7 By Abū Bakr Muḥammad b. Zakariyyā al-Rāzī (d. 313/925 or 325/932). From the chapter on hemorrhoids etc. to the chapter on putrid ulcers etc. MS from the seventh/thirteenth century. 248 leaves glazed Oriental paper, 163×238 mm 21 lines quinion quires.
