نسخة كُتبت سنة 574 هجري/ 1178 غالبًا (= تأريخ Mach 2162 (1) - ربيع الآخر 574 هجري/ 1178 - فإنّ تلك النسخة تأتي بعد نسختنا، وقد أشار إليها الأستاذ يهودا، حين كتب تأريخها تحت اسم الناسخ في صفحة 18أ من نسختنا) على يد كاتبه وصاحبه محمود بن الحبيب بن الحسن(؟) بن الحبيب.
صفحة 1ب: "بيان حقيقة النية".
صفحة 18أ: "تم كتاب النية والصدق والاخلاص ..".
صفحة 36ب: "تم كتاب المحاسبة والمراقبة من كتب الاحيا يتلوه .. كتاب التفكر وهو التاسع والثلثون".
