أوراق فرنسية (11-128 بالترقيم الأصلي أي أنه سقطت منها عشر ورقات)؛ مساطر مختلفة من 21 سطرًا إلى 31 سطرًا. بين ألفاظها كلمات عبرانية مثل "شمخ باروخ (שמך ברוך)" وغير ذلك. أول النسخة: "بسم الله الملك المحيط القديم الدائم .. اقسمت عليكم ايتها الارواح الروحانية .. اجيبوا دعوتى كذا وكذا .. بعزة برهنية كرير تثليه طوران الخ" أول ذلك: "زان خلقى مكارم الاخلاقى". يليها "ورد عبد القادر الكيلانى"، أوله: "اللهم ليس فى الرياح مرة ولا فى السحايب قطرة .. الا وهى اهله شهدت انك الله الخ". صفحة 121ب: دعوة اسم العظيم الأعظم صفحة 122أ: "فرع من فروع الزايرجه لحضرة على \رضي الله عنه\". נושא נוסף: מדעים. אסטרולוגיה נושא נוסף: אסלאם. כתות צופים נושא נוסף: אסלאם. תפלה נושא נוסף: שירה נושא נוסף: פולקלור The National Library of Israel Jerusalem Israel Ms. Yah.
