كتاب الشفاء، يبحث في العلوم الفلسفية للشيخ أبي علي الحسين بن عبد الله المعروف بالرئيس ابن سينا والمتوفى سنة 428 هجري / 1037؛ رتبه على أربع جمل في المنطق والطبيعيات والتعليمات والإلهيات، أما منطقه فينقسم إلى تسعة فنون. أول النسخة : ".. المقالة الاولى من الفن الاول من الجملة الاولى وهي في علم المنطق فصل في الاشارة الى ما يشتمل عليه الكتاب قال الشيخ الرئيس ابو علي الحسين بن عبد الله بن سينا رحمه الله وبعد حمد الله والثناء عليه كما هو اهله والصلوة على نبيه محمد واله فان غرضنا في هذا الكتاب .. ان نودعه لباب ما تحققناه من الاصول في العلوم المنسوبة الى الاقدمين المبنية علي النظر المرتب والمحقق الخ"؛ تنتهي النسخة إلى آخر الفن الثاني من الجملة الأولى من المنطق. Kitāb al-shifāʾ—first volume Philosophical summa by Ibn Sīnā (d. 428/1036). MS dating from the fifth/eleventh century. 181 leaves Baghdādī paper, 202×170 mm 15 lines quaternion quires with original numbering (cut off in places). Marginalia on ff. 3v and 4r in a later hand mention the division of the sciences of Ṣaḍr al-Dīn al-Shīrāzī (d. 903/1497). The National Library of Israel Jerusalem Israel Ms. Yah.
