רק מספר ויקרא עד הסוף. שני פירושים שונים המיוחסים לר"ן שפירא נדפסו, הראשון "ביאורים" בויניציאה שנ"ג ואחריו ס' "אמרי שפר" שהו"ל בנו של המחבר (לובלין שנ"ז). במבוא לאמרי שפר כתב הבן שמחבר ה"ביאורים" איננו אביו. הבאורים בכ"י זה אינם דומים לאלו שבס' אמרי שפר, אבל אחדים מהם נמצאים מילה במילה בדפוס ויניציאה שנ"ג. עותק נוסף של חיבור זה נמצא בכ"י אוקספורד בודלי Opp. 200 (ס' 16346) המיוחס ל"מהר"ן" בשער המאוחר שכתב הספרן של דוד אופנהיים ונעתק בשנת שמ"ג. המחבר מביא פירושי מלים "בל"א" [=לשון אשכנז]. הוא מזכיר "דפוסי' של ויניציאה (32א ועוד) ו"בדפוסים של ק"ק פראג" (שם). הפירוש על פרשת ויקרא שייך כנראה לחיבור אחר ואיננו דומה לפירוש שבכ"י אוקספורד. מוזכר בו פעמים אחדות "ממוהר"ש" (2א, 3ב). חתימת צנזור בדף 14ב: Revisus p. me fra.
