בשער כה"י: "כנסיה לשם שמים קבוץ כולל שמונה עשר הסכמות וחרמות מכל חכמי ורבני ארץ ישראל וסוריא ככתבם ובחתימותיהם לאסור המתוק והעבודה לשדים הנקרת אינדולקו מה שנוהגים הנשים הפתאיות היושבים בארצות ערב ... ומן המסכימים על אסור זה היה אדוני אבי הרב אברהם ששון ז"ל ובני דודו הרבנים ישראל ומשה ששון, ואח"כ קם הרב משה [צ"ל מנשה] סתהון ז"ל מארם צובה ... וקבץ גם חתימות והסכמות כל חכמי ירושלים וצפת וחברון וטבריא וחיפה ויפו ודמשק ובירות מסכימים עם חכמי צובה ... ומספר כל הרבנים המסכימים על אסור זה בזה הקובץ מאתים וששים רבנים ... הכל בכתבם ובחתימת ידיהם ממש, ואנכי העבד הצעיר בא אל ידי כל הניירות ... ועשיתים לספר ... כד הצעיר אליהו ששון מארם צובה ...". ההסכמות נכתבו בשנת תרכ"ח. נוסחי ההסכמות נדפסו בס' כנסיה לשם שמים שהדפיס אליהו הנ"ל ואחיו משה ששון (ירושלים תרל"ד). בכ"י זה נשמרו ההסכמות המקוריות עם חתימות המסכימים נושא נוסף: הלכה דינים ומנהגים נושא נוסף: אוטוגרף נושא נוסף: פולקלור. מאגיה נושא נוסף: שדים The National Library of Israel Jerusalem Israel Ms. Heb. 489=24 |
