" (ט ע"א-יב ע"ב) שוחטי ... ארביל" (יג ע"א-יד ע"א), "חכמי ושוחטי ... כרכוך" (יד ע"ב-טז ע"ב), "חכמי ושוחטי ... ג'אלה יע"א" (יז ע"א-יח ע"ב), "שאלוני ... בכפר רכאווה" (יט ע"ב-כא ע"ב), "חכמי ושוחטי ... נציבין" (כב ע"ב-כד ע"ב מח ע"א), על מעשה בעיר "דהוך" שנכתב ב"עי"ת עמדיא יע"א ... בחודש מרחשון שנת התר"ן" (כה ע"א-כז ע"א), "נדרשתי ללו' שאלוני בעי"ת אשור [=מוצול] יע"א בדבר ... אלמנת השוחט ... מרדכי דמתקרי נורי בכה"ר דוד ברזאני ... התר"ן" (כח ע"א-כט ע"א), תשובות שהועתקו "מס' חיבורי וערך הכהן" (לב ע"א ואילך) ובסוף אחת התשובות (לג ע"ב): "העתקתי אותם מספרי הראשון וערך הכהן פסקים אשר לקח אותו ממני שד"ר דעי"ק טבת"ו מע' הרב ח"ר רפאל אוחנא הי"ו כדי להדפיסו בשותפות בחו' תמוז דהאי שתא תרנ"א לפ"ק הצעיר יצחק ארזי הכהן ס"ט". השאלות כוללות את שמות הרבנים והשוחטים השואלים. המחבר כתב בהקדמתו שהוא סובב ב"ערי כורדיסתאן וערי כאלך" ומזכיר גם מנהגי "בגדאד ... עי"ת אשור ועי"ת כרכוך וכופרי יע"א", ובסופה חתם שמו "יצחק ארזי הכהן" (1ב). בדף 2א כתב: "ומוכרח אני לחזור בימים האלו אל עירי ... טבריא תו"ב ובהגיעי לשם מן החיוב המוטל עלי "להדפיס זה הספר עד סך אלף ספרים ולפזר ספריו בכל תפוצות ישראל" ובקש "לסייעני בהוצאת דפוס ספר הלזה". בדף 3א הוא מזכיר ש"יצאתי בשליחותי מארץ מולדתי ... טבריה". נושא נוסף: הלכה. שאלות ותשובות נושא נוסף: הלכה דינים ומנהגים The National Library of Israel Jerusalem Israel Ms. Heb. 3033=38 קולופון (בסוף ספר עולת יצחק): "נאם עבדא דרבן ולכל יודעי ד"ת ודין הכותב וחותם בלי דעת פה עי"ת אר"ץ רבת"י תו"ב בחודש תשרי אתן שנ' התרמ"ט ליצירה ... זעירא דמן חבריא מעה"ק טבריא תו' הצעיר יא"ה ס"ט" וחתימתו: "הצעיר יצחק ארזי הכהן ס"ט". |
