כולל: סדר נזיקין (מאמצע פרק שני בבבא קמא), מועד, חולין, ברכות, עבודה זרה, נשים הלכות הגט, תכלת ספר תורה, מזוזה ותפלין. עם הערות ולקוטים רבים בגליון, בחלקם הגדול מאת המחבר. בסוף הלכות הגט (122א): "סליק המרדכי אשר מורי קצר ובמקומות יש שגם חבור בו ליקוטי אחרי אשר מצא כמו בסמ"ג ובסמ"ק ובתשובו' כאשר אינ' הש' לידי ועוד ראה לחבר הילכו' תפילין ומזוזו' וציצית כאשר מצא בחיבורי' וכתו' ולא בדרך ארוכה כ"א בדרך קצרה". בשוליים הוסיף המעתיק לקוטים שונים, בחלקם כאלו שהועתקו גם בכתב-יד מונטיפיורי 129 (ס' 4641), כגון: תקנת "טרוייש" "מלשון כתיבת ההעתק מרבי שלמה מטרוייש" (8ב). בלקוטים נכללו, בין היתר: מעשה בא לפני ר' שלמה "מגרמייזה באחד שקנה מחבירו סחורה ולא רצה ליתן הדמים ... ונתרצו הדברים לפני רבי משה ב"ר אלכסנדרי" (25ב), "סדר חליצה מרפ"א" מר' פרץ מקורביל (98ב), תקנת חכמי "נרבונא" על החזרת נדונית אשה שמתה תוך שנת נישואיה הראשונה בלא ולד" (102ב), קטע ובו עדות מר' "יצחק ב"ר אברהם" [=צ"ל: אשר] ש"פעם אחת חזרו הוא וחבריו ממלכות רוסייא וחילק סחורת בגורל ..." (114א) וראה לענין זה: א"א אורבך, בעלי התוספות, ירושלים תש"מ, עמ' 166, וכן "תשובת גאוני נרבונא לקרות בחומשים במקום שאין ס"ת".
