בכה"י: מאת "זכריה ביר' יהודה ... אגמאתי" פרוש "הלכות רבתי" [=רי"ף] על מסכתות בבא קמא (רק מאמצע פרק א), בבא מציעא ובבא בתרא (עד אמצע פרק ח). עם השלמות, תקונים ומחיקות בשוליים ובין השיטין, רובן בכתיבה זהה לכתיבת כה"י. ייתכן שהוא אוטוגרף. הרמב"ם נזכר בברכת החיים "נר"ו" גם בהשלמות בשוליים. שם החיבור מרומז בהקדמה "נר ארכתי להלכות". וכן ברשימת ספרים, לונדון הספרייה הבריטית 10118 רשום "סראג" (=נר) לכתובות(!)אגמתי". נושא נוסף: תלמוד בבלי פרשנות סדר נזיקין בבא בתרא (אגמתי, זכריה בן יהודה) נושא נוסף: תלמוד בבלי פרשנות סדר נזיקין בבא מציעא (אגמתי, זכריה בן יהודה) נושא נוסף: תלמוד בבלי פרשנות סדר נזיקין בבא קמא (אגמתי, זכריה בן יהודה) Title in the manuscript: by Zekhariah ben Yehudah Aghmati. A commentary on Halakhot Rabati (by Yitzhak Alfasi) and on tractates Bava Kama (only from the middle of the first chapter), Bava Metzi'a and Bava Batra (until the middle of the eighth chapter). With supplements, emendations and effacements in the margins and between the lines, most of which are by the same hand that wrote the manuscript. . It might be an autograph. Maimonides is mentioned with the blessing נר"ו (May God guard and save him - i.e. he was still alive) also in the supplements which are in the margins. The name of the composition is implied in the introduction: נר ארכתי להלכות "Ner arahti le-Halakhot". Also in the books list of the British Library in London 10118 it is written: סראג לכתובות אגמתי "Serag [=ner] le-ketubot Aghmati". נושא נוסף: תלמוד קבצי הלכות The British Library London England Or. 10013 Gaster, Moses Collection Ms. 761 דף 66א-66ב השלמה בכתיבה שונה. |
