בכה"י: ב"ענין ההפקעה" הכותב חולק על פסקו של "החכם ה"ר שמואל ן' חלת שצ"ו" בשאלה "אם יכולים ב"ד להפקיע הקידושין אחר שנתנו כשיראו ב"ד לעשות כן כדי שלא תתעגן האשה אם לאו". הכותב משיב על כן בחיוב. בסופו: דרושים קצרים על "מי שמושך בערלתו שהוא כופר בבריתו של אברהם אבי'" על ענין "הארץ מרכז לגלגל שהוא העולם הגדול" וכן על "רמז סוד עזאזל להכנעת יצר הרע ולהשפלתו שיהפוך ליצר טוב". נושא נוסף: קבלה נושא נוסף: דרשות נושא נוסף: הלכה דינים ומנהגים נושא נוסף: יצר הרע נושא נוסף: יצר הטוב נושא נוסף: עזאזל The Russian State Library Moscow Russia Ms. Guenzburg 926 קולופון (דף 176א): "נשלם בשני בשבת עשרה ימים לחדש מרחשון שנת ו'א'ב'ר'כ'ה' מברכך ומקללך אאור לפרט האלף הששי על יד עזרא הסופר בכ' ר' שלמה נ"ע ליקר הנכבד דון משה בר' ר' אברהם חייון נ"ע במתא אשבונאה ...". הבעלים היה מחכמי ליסבון במחצית השניה של המאה הט"ו. |
