Notes בראשו: "בת רבים". כותר זה נכתב בכתיבה שונה על הכותר המקורי המחוק: "לקוטי דינים להרב המובהק ... יעקב בן סמחון זלה"ה וק"ש בת רבים". עם הפירוש הנקרא "הר המוריה" ובכתבי-יד אחרים נקרא הפירוש "ארש המוריה". דינים המסודרים בסדר א"ב. החיבור מסתיים בדף 109א והיד המאוחרת כתבה: "פה נגמר הספר בת רבים ואחר זה יהיו המפתחות של השו"ת ודרושים...".
