ר' משה סימן טוב נולד להורים יוצאי אפגניסטן. גדל בשכונת הבוכרים בירושלים, ומכיר היטב את שירי הבקשות מילדותו. משה היה תלמיד מצטיין בקורס החזנות "רננות" ב"היכל שלמה". שימש שנים רבות כחזן באוסטרליה, וכן כחזן בימים נוראים בארצות הברית. בשנים האחרונות שימש כחזן גם בתאילנד. משה מצטיין בקול טנור חזק ומיוחד. מעמודי התווך של בית הכנסת "משכן גבריאל" בשכונת גילה, ירושלים. |
