Photograph is printed in a book with a description beneath printed description: "(Matt., 18.)--As Jesus returned from Caesarea Philippi He would come down on the western shore of the Jordan, and thus would pass the scene we give in the above photograph. An old mill is always picturesque, and when we take this in connection with the water, the cattle standing in it, coupled with its great historic significance, the effect is greatly heightended. And then when, in addition to the elements which go to make a good picture, we remember that it is a spot our Savior witnessed and in the historic country where He lived, the interest is increased. In the region where this mill is situated the Bedouins live, and these cattle belong to them. The Bedouins are the wild children of nature, and are often kind and hospitable to strangers.
