The drawing represents a group of five figures. At the center it is a couple: a naked women to the right and a man with aquiline nose to the left, looking at her and touching her nose by his . Above the head of the women there is an inscription: Leonar[do]. To the left of them there is a bearded man with wide face. Above his head it is possible to see one more face. To the right of the central group there is a small man with a big nose, sitting in his left profile, naked.
