Scope and content אלבום בכריכת עור ובו 19 דפי קרטון עבים בגודל 23X32 ס"מ. בכל אחד מחמישה-עשר הדפים הראשונים הודבק תצלום דיוקן בשחור לבן של סופר או מנהיג יהודי. על פי הסמל המופיע בפינתו הימנית התחתונה של כל תצלום, דיוקנאות אלה הופקו על ידי הוצאת "צנטרל", ורשה, שהפיקה באותו זמן גם גלויות זהות ובהן אותם דיוקנאות. בשער האלבום, נוספה הקדשה בדיו, בכתב יד: "לדוד ולפסון, ראשון וראש להסתדרות הציונית ועובדה הנאמן, ברגשי ידידות והערצה, ד"ר יעקב קלצקין. קלן, שבט, [תר]ע"ג [דצמבר 1912-ינואר 1913]. יש להניח כי אלבום זה הוצא מתוך ארכיונו של דוד וולפסון, בעת שהיה מופקד בבית הספרים הלאומי והאוניברסיטאי, בשנות השלושים של המאה העשרים. הדיוקנאות באלבום:
1. משה מונטפיורי.
2. פרץ סמולנסקין.
3. משה ליב לילינבלום.
4. מנדלי מוכר ספרים [שלום יעקב אברמוביץ'].
5. בנימין זאב הרצל.
6. אחד העם [אשר גינצברג].
7. אלחנן ליב לוינסקי.
8. דוד פרישמן.
9. נחום סוקולוב.
10. חיים נחמן ביאליק.
11. שלום עליכם [שלום רבינוביץ'].
12. יצחק ליבוש פרץ.
13. יעקב דינזון.
14. שאול טשרניחובסקי.
15. הלל צייטלין.
