"Passover Memories" Project

Passover Memories

Passover is perhaps the most widely celebrated and beloved Jewish holiday. For many, the Passover Seder – a time to gather together and pass on traditions from one generation to another – is a much-anticipated annual event. Education and collective memory are central to the holiday, and we're happy to share with you some Passover memories and traditions from a few friends of the National Library of Israel. Perhaps they, too, will be passed down.

The "Passover Memories" project on The Librarians has been created as part of Gesher L’Europa, the National Library of Israel’s initiative to connect with people, institutions and communities across Europe and beyond, through storytelling, knowledge sharing and community engagement.

Happy Passover from our family to yours!
