קינה על חורבן בית המקדש וצרות היהודים בגלות. בלאדינו ובעברית, בית אחר בית.
בהקדמה נאמר שהקינה נתחברה "בלשון ספרד", תורגמה לאיטלקית על ידי דוד מאישטרו ומאיטלקית תורגמה לעברית.
עוד נאמר שם "שבליוונטי נוהגי' לאומרה בעונתה בקול בבתי כנסיות, וגם בשנים שעברו נהגו כמו כן בק"ק ספרדים ובק"ק ליואנטיני של ויניציאה".
הקינה פותחת: "בית המקדש אונראדו, גואי קומו אישטאש טאן דישטרואידו". הנוסח העברי פותח: "בית המקדש נכבד בארץ, אוי איך נחרב כאין" (אוצר השירה והפיוט, ב, עמוד 26, מספר 576).
"על ידי הניצבים על המלאכה: מרדכי בכ"ר שלמה ציויטה וכמ"ר אברהם בכ"ר שלמה חי מאריני".
