Discusses: involvement in illegal immigration to Israel; representing Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rio de Janeiro, 1960; posts in Africa, Latin America and in delegation to U.N.; arriving in Uruguay, 1975; Rodriguez Fabrequat; arranging Fabrequat's visits to Uruguay; trying to organize Fabrequat's funeral to meet his wishes; Uruguay's unique position on Israel; support for Israel in both major parties, Loborados and Blancos; Jews active in political campaign, especially Jacobo Hazan; Battle Blers; Payse Reyes; 'El Pais'; Juana de Jbarburu; support Moshe Tov mustered amongst personalities.
