Born 8/7/1932 in Caracas. His father emigrated from Palestine in 1928. Studied medicine for a few years in the USA and law in Venezuela. His Zionist activity in "Cadima." One of the founders of "Club Israelita." Participated in the clandestine movements against the dictatorship (1957). Lecturer of law in the University of Santa Maria. His opinions on the Jewish community of Venezuela.
