Talks about the beginning of the Jewish underground in France, September 1940. His friends participated in the rescue of Belgium Jews who had settled in South France (1942). What he did during the years 1942-43, activities in a Jewish youth movement, Zionist youth movements in France, the M.J.S., leadership, Youth Activities of the French M.J.S. after the German invasion, forgery of documents, Jewish festivals in the monastery, in Grenoble, cooperation of the priests, transfer of Jews to Switzerland in cooperation with the Eclaireurs; participation of A.J. during armed operations, differences between the former movements before the establishment of M.J.S. after 1943; numerical scope of M.J.S. members. Talks about liberation and exit from the underground; M.J.S. after liberation; renewal of movement activities; sources of funding; who were collaborators of the Jewish organizations; Catholic Church in South France; reason for relinquishing independence of youth movements during time of danger.
