Renting a Locker at the NLI

Free Daily Storage Service for Personal Belongings

Visitors to the National Library can make use of our locker service which offers solutions for storing your belongings, free of charge. This is a self-service system – you can simply head to the locker area, pick an available locker and select a code yourself.

Our locker area can be found on floor -1, near the circulation desk.

You may also deposit belongings in the cloakroom at the Kaplan Street entrance (floor 0).

The cloakroom is open from 9 am to 8 pm.

Guidelines and Contact Information

Please note: The lockers are intended for storing personal belongings only. Please refrain from storing the following items in the lockers:

• Books or other items from the NLI collections, apart from those that have been borrowed for home use at the circulation desk
• Weapons of any kind
• Food and beverages

Please take care to clear your locker by the end of the rental period. All items found in lockers after the conclusion of a rental period will be placed in the "Lost and Found" area.

You can rent a locker at the circulation desk on floor -1.
